There are no terms of business or costs involved, just a written commitment that you will promote our vacancies to your members and that we will keep you abreast of our recruitment activity and allow you to introduce candidates to us. Equal Approach is a commercial venture and we do gain a fee by placing a candidate in to a position, however, we will continue to be focussed on promoting candidates that are within one of the diversity strands alongside any applicant.
